Allana Ferguson bio

Allana was a player for Australia in the Rugby Sevens 2013 and then sustained a series of injuries to her knees that caused Allana on the sidelines. She returned to rugby league after several years. Allana's first match in the rugby league for women took place in the year 2015. She was a good player against Queensland and represented New South Wales. Allana can also be found as a regular radio personality, appearing regularly with 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana holds a professional teaching qualification outside of sports. Allana Ferguson holds the rare distinction of playing for Australia in three different sports: rugby sevens, rugby league and touch. Jillaroos' superstar Allana Ferguson was forced to bring an early conclusion to her professional rugby career following a tear to her ACL for the fourth time. Ferguson had already torn ligaments in the same knee between 15 and 17, but after the fourth tear the game was over for the 25-year-old. Ferguson, JILLAROOS' playmaker was forced to leave the team early after suffering a 4th left ACL tear. Ferguson was injured in her ACL during training in November. The week before, she confirmed this information by speaking to The Courier Mail.
